Payment and Insurance Information

Chevy Chase Pulmonary Associates is a Medicare provider. We will file your claims with Medicare. Payment is due at the completion of your appointment. We will assist you in filling a claim with your Insurance Company. Our billing staff will work closely with patients if necessary.  If you have any questions with any billing concerns please call us at (301) 656-1224. Questions regarding individual coverage should be directed towards your Insurance provider or your Employer.
